Lightweight Safety Lanyard with Snap Hooks for Fall Protection

The WELKFORDER 6FT Internal Shock Absorbing Lanyard with Double Snap Hook Connectors is designed to minimize the consequences of a fall from a height, thanks to its built-in deceleration system. This lanyard has been fully tested and approved by an authoritative laboratory in accordance with ANSI Z359.13-2013, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including construction, climbing, roofing, camping, and window cleaning.

The Internal Shock Absorbers are designed to accommodate up to a 6-foot free fall, with a maximum capacity of 310 lb (141 kg), including clothing and tools. The average arresting force is 900 lbs, and the lanyard has been statically tested to have a minimum breaking strength of more than 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN).

The External Tubular webbing is made of 100% polyester Heavy Duty construction materials, providing maximum security with a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs. The webbing features an Anti-abrasive Hollow design to protect the connecting ends from abrasion.

The Forging Snap hooks used on the WELKFORDER Internal Shock Absorbing Lanyard are marked with the "ANSI Z359.12" standard and are made of forging steel material. They are self-locking and have a minimal tensile break strength of 5,000 lb. and a 3,600 lb. gate rating. These snap hooks should be connected to the dorsal D-ring of a full-body harness as part of a personal fall arrest system.
